All content, software, models, trademarks, and materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to Monodox. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant Monodox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
7. AI-Generated Outputs
Outputs generated by our AI models are provided "as is." Monodox does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated output for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use.
8. Payment and Billing
Certain Services may require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monodox, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
